Quality of paint matching and installation of new parts great. Only disappointment is the trunk does not "pop open" as it did before. Communication was excellent.

It's too late. I felt pressured to come pick up my car today when it was done early. The work was done. But the car hadn't been pulled up. And there were questions about the paperwork. I waited. And was late for my next appointment. A disappointing end to an otherwise good experience.

Each person, from the receptionists to the man, Hugo Gomez, who handled my car's repairs were very professional. Each answered any questions I had and were very courteous which lessened my stress after my accident. I appreciate all that was done to get my car repaired and back in safe driving order in a timely manner.
