People who have had an accident are upset and everyone, absolutely everyone - the capable and friendly young women in the office, George the skilled repair technician, and Gill the owner and those at Enterprise on site - went out of their way to make the whole process professional .positive and fast. The repair is great. The attitude of the women at the front desk, and the amount of paperwork and length of time it takes to drop off and pick up a car makes it a less than "completely" satisfying experience. Hugo was great though, and friendly and knowledgable.

The repair looks awesome!! However, my steering wheel is covered in dirt/grease, and it took them almost a full hour after the promised time to get me in my car and on my way. Otherwise, it was great.
