I am satisfied with the result of my vehicle but I am very unsatisfied with the complete rental experience. Nearly forty-five minute wait to speak to a rental representative when I came in and no one available to turn in my rental when I was told over the phone, only half an hour before I came in, that someone was in to receive my rental. This was very unprofessional on behalf of the both of your companies. Expecially when the insurance company, who writes your check, ensures their clients a "fifteen minute guarantee" which both your companies greatly tarnished and dishonored.
