Everyone was nice and professional. My car was washed and cleaned Inside and out very nice. And the repair looked just as new can't tell aanything happened at all. Quick turn around was done within **** week.

My car looks great, thanks for the extra touch of detailing the inside and putting air in my tires! I really appreciate how quickly the work was completed (a day ahead of schedule). The receptionists were very polite and helpful as well. They were kind enough to wait for me to clarify things with my insurer.

Thanks 1st Certified Collision team, everyone from the lovely ladies at the front desk, the courteous men who went over the details and the mechanics who fixed my car. Rear LED lights for lisense plate were not installed and rear mud flaps also were not installed....I also was informed through GEORGE that my out of pocket expense was going to be $426.17 when I went to pick up the vehicle the out of pocket I had to pay was $470.87....wow $44.70 difference...and also I had to look and locate my rear bumper because the staff at 1st certified could not...I guess that was to much work to find the right bumper....NOT SATISFIED AT ALL WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE ????????
