Great job. Car was restored to the condition it was prior to accident, if not better. Service was great as well, including handling paperwork regarding insurance and car rental. Scott kept me updated on status, which I found to be a nice touch to a 5 star service.

My car looked brand new! Washed and vacuumed too! Thank you Chilton Auto workers for such great service. Though I'm missing my Matt from my trunk when you guys vacuumed. I have a hyundai car but my Matt is for a camry to protect my trunk. Thanks guys!

Kevin kept me up to date on the process, & got my car finished much more quickly than I expected. He also went over the car carefully with me at pick-up, and made sure my questions were answered & that I was completely satisfied with the car. The front desk manager (sorry, I can't recall her name) was kind, gracious & explained the paperwork very well. Initially, there was confusion when a CSAA rep suggested that I needed to switch to an auto body that had a contract with them, after I had already dropped my car off to you. A Chilton rep gave me clarity about why that wasn't accurate, and she spoke to the CSAA rep, who then agreed. The Chilton rep was a woman, again her name is in my notes at home, not with me. She was calm, confident, and reassuring. All in all, I would definitely recommend Chilton to friends & family. Thanks to all of you!!

The repair was quick and expertly done. I am very happy with the results. My issue is quality control of the final clean up. I have had work done in the past and it has been an issue. I have glue residue on my windshield from what I assume was the job information sticker. I also found a tool in the back of my car.
