When I left my car there was no explanation of the work that would be done. So when I picked up the car the work done was very minimal compared to what I expected. Although we were impressed with what was done. ???? I had gone in about ****-2 weeks before and got a personal estimate with no insurance claim and didn't realize that work with the insurance would be very different than the original quote.

I came to check on my vehicle and noticed it was sitting in the front parking lot. I guess you dont have room in you shop for all the vehicles you work on. Understandable. But it was unlocked with my 500 Radar Detector in the center console. Anyone could have entered the Truck and removed it at anytime during the day and nobody in your shop would have known.
