Excellent customer service. Jamaica was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Car was completed ahead of time and looks great. Plus it was cleaner than when I brought it in. Highly recommend Fix Auto!

The entire experience with Fix Auto was excellent. My car was returned to me ahead of time. They handled all the contacts with the insurance company and the rental car company seamlessly. I didn't have to do a thing. Everyone was very friendly and knew their business! The only thing that would have made the experience better would be to not need their services at all! Highly recommend them.

I was kept very informed and the job was very well done. My only complaint is that I assumed my car would be ready for pickup before 5 since that’s when the shop closes but that wasn’t the case and I wish I had been given a vague idea of when my car would be ready so I could’ve been better prepared to pick it up. Otherwise, I’m completely satisfied!

I see the mark under (licence plate) It's "tiny" but I notice it maybe since I know where too look,and a scuff that I don't recall having is present?????. But I will say you guys FixAuto did a tremendous job!!!! on the bumper. It looks beautiful But not satisfied with paint job on the gate and new mark under the second "D" of DODGE on gate.????
