The job was mediocre and I felt rushed through the process. As a female with little experience in these matters I felt taken advantage when I was told my car was ready but truth is some parts were not replaced and I was told to come back for that on another day. Really?

Fix Auto Pasadena did a great job ! Thank you so much for taking care of my car! I was so happy when I got it back ! The paint color was matching 100% , the replaced parts were installed with perfection! Their customer service was great, I was being informed and updated on daily basis. They even delivered the car before the promised deadline! I would highly recommend Fix Auto Pasadena !

The job isn't done. I picked up the car and some of the repairs were not completed. I was told the part would be ordered and I would be notified. Over a week later and nobody has contacted me. I think they forgot (****?) also, the front end alignment is not right.

The repair was beautifully done. The door was not hooked back to allow opening from inside the car. Just a minor oversight. Overall very pleased.
