The repair was more than double the other estimate we received and took more than 2 weeks to complete. They even called me to come pick up the car - saying it was ready - before it was reassembled. I had to rearrange some meetings at work and I found the response unapologetic. The manager never called me to even address it. If they didn’t have a direct contract with the insurer I would never use them.

During the initial inspection of my car, I repeatedly emphasize to both staffs at Fix Auto that my car's door (Toyota Sienna) didn't close properly. Trusting that Fix Auto expert would find out after a closer look by dissembling the door. Ironically, they didn't see that the door doesn't close properly. They only paid attention to the dent of the door and the broken driver side mirror. After the repair that I just took back today, I was so disappointed that even the replacement mirror was with the wrong color and the door wasn't fixed properly.
