The car wasn't ready when j was called to come get it. I had to make a second trip back for the reflector. That was handled quickly, but it's difficult enough carving time out of one day for a pick up, let alone two.

Everyone there is amazing. They greet you as soon as you come in, they treat you with kind professionalism, they are fast and accurate and make sure you have updates every step of the way. From the adjuster, to the Enterprise agent, to Vanessa at the front desk. GREAT SERVICE

My experience was fine and the work was done early which I appreciate. The second GEICO guy (not Alen K. ) was not attentive to customers and had no problem making them wait. I thought he was pretty rude, and was glad Alen helped me.

The car looks good but the driver side headlight is taking water inside when it rains. It was not doing that prior to the accident. I mentioned that to the guy when I picked up the car and he told me to take it back to the dealer for warranty repairs. The bodywork looks terrific. I am taking the car to the dealer for the headlight.

I'm missing front & rear rock guards on the side of the vehicle that was repaired. I also noticed that my back-up camera is not working.

I'm impressed with the customer service I received. I dropped my car off, met with the claim adjuster and they got me into a rental with in the hour. They did a great job and my car was repaired quicker than I expected. I would definitely recommend you guys to any of my family and friends. Thank you

Email notifications are a great idea. However, we were incorrectly notified that our car was "nearing completion" and "complete." Secondly, our car was returned dirtier than we left it. The grease pen marks on windows and bumper were not removed well or at all.
