They a great job on my car and went the extra mile to fix a problem I was having with my seatbelt. They rechecked the work found a problem gave me a ride back to work,repaired the problem picked me up from work and gave me my car with a sincere apology . I was called and texted daily to inform me of the progress on my car. The job was finished three days ahead of schedule . These guys get a perfect 10 from me. Please give Garrett Robinson a big thank you for me!!

Service Advisor Mr Garrett Robinson gave me two service repair quotes for two insurances on a busy Saturday. A week later I drove my car there and met him again. He went over the details of the repair and an estimated time. After receiving my car key, he asked me to go over next door to Enterprise for my rental car. During the repair process he kept me updates. When the repair was done he reminded me for the pickup. When asked how do I return the rental car he told me the instructions. On next day to pick up my car and return the rental car, he was there to greet and walk with these last two processes. My experiences have been very positive of Garrett Robinson for Service King. He welcome, listen, help, guide and inform me in this whole process. Thank you, Service King for Garrett Robinson.
