I was happy with the repair process and how I was kept informed about the repair of my vehicle. And how quick my vehicle wad repaired. I was desopointed with the car rental kept me waiting to long and the vehicle wasn't even ready.

Overall great turnout in the repairs of the bodywork but some minor things weren't completely done as original; for example, a film that protected the under side of the truck bed wasn't installed and the bolts previously rhino line wasn't rhino lined. This will unfortunately take multiple trips to service king to get this resolved. Furthermore, the truck wasn't able to start upon pick-up due to drainage of the battery, no issues with the battery has ever arised up until that point.

Everyone was just great. From the front desk to the rental agent. A accident is bad however, Service King made everything as smoth as possible. Anthony was great at keeping me updated on the progress of the repair and the job was completed thre days early. Thank you Chuck Worry
