My experience with Serviceking was very good! The Communication was excellent, and the constant emails , and text messages, helped you know that they were still in contact with you! My Service person, Mr. David Sauceda, was extremely excellent, he kept contact with me, through, phones calls, and text messages. Always informing me out the status in my vehicle. My experience with service King was nothing but good. David helped me the entire time and was sweet and kind enough to keep me up to date on everything that was going on. The receptionist Jennifer was also so kind and helpful with everything from the time I stepped in the Service King building until the day I picked up my vehicle. All in all my experience was great and I would recommend you guys to anyone. Especially being nervous at the beginning not knowing what would happen to my car. Truck interior wasn't completely cleaned and the jack stored under the back seat was left lose (pieces of glass in the floor and seat) Trash box left in the bed of the truck, with my jumper cables that I had stored in the back seat area
