Service King, including Kevin and Jesse, were extremely kind, considerate, forthcoming, timely, and efficient. My poor Elantra was hit twice in two weeks. Both times the service was excellent.

As I looked at the work I pointed out to Jessie several areas that were not repaired to my satisfaction. Jessie took pictures of the areas on my car! I will now need to bring it back in. I should have left the car until repaired because I will need a rental unless the insurance company that paid for the repairs will pay for the rental which is very doubtful. It's very disappointing!

My service advisor Jesse kept me updated n was well knowledgeable. When i picked up the car he was very professional n showed me the repair. I have worked with Service King in the past n Inwill continue to use Service King in the future. Great staff

Jesse Reza gave us great service. He was able to get our car in and serviced even though we didn't have an appointment. We were kept up to date of the status our car and it was finished a day earlier than expected.

I had a scratch that wasn't due to my insurance covered accident. I forgot to address mentioned it but the car was already there so was open to getting it fixed too. You guys should consider upselling for other repairs. :)
