Most of the time when I get my car back from repairs it is spotless. Unfortunately that wasn't the case with this one. I also haven't gotten my paperwork yet. Please send. Other than that it was fine. Thanks.

It was suggested to my son to use a good quality repair shop and Service King was one of them. He is not happy with the outcome of the bumper. It never hung as it was given to us before the accident. Sometime in the near future, we would like to have the vehicle taken in to see if you can properly attach. My claim has not been a pleasant experience with all parties involved. Frances G Castillo

Roy, my service agent, was great. He answered all of my questions and made sure the repair was completed as it should have been done. My car looks exactly like it did! The service was fast, I got my car back even sooner than projected and anticipated. And when I was short on a ride, the staff helped coordinate getting me back to my house. The facilitiea were very clean and the staff was friendly. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would deinitely recommend Service King to my friends.
