BEWARE they are CHEATS!!! Duped me with pricing for OEM parts and put in Aftermarket parts In 2013, I did a boy repair and paid for OEM Parts. In 2015, the hood latch got jammed and the dealer proved me that the Hood was a aftermarket as it was heavier and jammed it. AUTORITE had no data and after many arguments when complained to BBB replaced the hood with OEM. In 2017, the headlight got fogged up which when checked also happened to be an aftermarket part. Thus $5100 job was sure put up with Aftermarket parts when that was the cost with OEM parts. Thus I was cheated. The bumper has also started falling apart thus quality of work is also not good.

I was in a horrific accident back on August 30, 2006. My car was taken to Springmall Auto Body, which was bought out by Caliber Collision. Over the years, one of the side running boards/molding clips broke, and a portion was detached from my car. I took my car in on September 19, 2017, over 11 years later, and they treated me as if I was a long lost friend, taking my car in immediately and making the necessary repairs, all within about 10 minutes of arriving. The gentleman who handled my needs was Mark Daiuto. Mark was extremely friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and overall, one of the best customer service representatives I have EVER met, and I mean EVER! If you ever need auto body repairs, no matter how small or how large, I highly recommend Caliber Collision of Springfield.

I brought my vehicle to the Elm St garage (these two are owned by the same person) in mid July to have some work done and then get the vehicle inspected. When I went to pick up my car I discovered that they had left the door unlocked to my vehicle, which had been there for two or three nights. Items were missing. When I approached them about this they insisted that it wasn't possible as they didn't need to be inside of my car. Even thought they had to drive into the garage and out and put the inspection sticker inside. I ended up bringing my vehicle back a few days later because my brakes were still squealing. When my significant other went to pick up my car later that day, it was left unlocked again. I spoke to both the manager and business owner about this issue and asked for the labor back on the brakes to make up for the fact that not only were things stolen from me but it was a direct result of them leaving my vehicle unlocked. They refused and instead apologized and said they would train their staff on how to lock a car door. Should that really be necessary? I don't think they have any trouble locking there own car doors. There is no trick to my car door being locked. They're even automatic so it's not as though they needed to be individually locked. I explained to them that this would be a different conversation if someone has broken into my car while it was there, but that didn't happen. They essentially allowed people into it. I reported my complaint to the BBB prior to leaving these reviews. The garage refused to come to a compromise with me. If I have to ever use a body shop again I will choose to go to other place. They kept telling us it would be **** more week on my truck to be fixed. They ended up having it for 2 months. We had dealt with all 3 in the front of the body shop and Duane was so rude and wouldn't help with anything. Then they ran codes on it after we told them not to since we had it done 3 days before the wreck and knew what they were. (Front end really didn't take a hit mostly side damage.) Was then lied to about codes being ran. Kirk was nice to deal with but I will never use this body shop again. I only went here since our friend at Ford highly recommended it.

Excellent job in all respects. the Acura RLX is now perfect again as if the collision never happened.There is no better place to go for collision repair and service.

After a car accident caused by other party, I was directed by Geico to the Caliber collision center. It turned out to be a nightmare. The aftermarket parts were used, the repair quality was poor, and the service offered by Geico and the collision center was horrible. Never go to Geco Repair Express at the Caliber collision center, go to an official dealership collision center.

All I can say, is ask for Prescott if you can. I work in sales, so customer satisfaction is TOP priority in my business. From the time i called 4 different places, NONE called me back, Prescott wasted no time in getting me in, getting my car back to me EXACTLY when he said he would, following up with me every couple of days letting me know the progress, and then on top of all of that, he DELIVERED the car to my place of work when I couldn't leave to come get it. THAT is customer service!!! Thanks Again Prescott.

Great customer service! It's awesome that everything is in one place -- GEICO, car rental and repair. I had to just take a few steps from each spot to get everything done. I loved the text updates -- they kept me informed on a daily basis on progress, so I never had to call in to check. Everyone was efficient and professional. I also appreciated the nice surprise of having a SWEET rental - a BMW. I was fine with the shop taking as long as they needed to fix my car ;) When I picked up my car, it was a lot cleaner than when I left it and the damages were all fixed. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for future services!

I chose fremont collision center through geico auto body express service.Took appointment online through geico and chose this center as its close to my home Liked following things ****.After dropping off the car i got regular updates through sms regarding my car's progress and the estimate for repairing the damages.I chose sms as contact but could have chosen phonecall,email etc 2.I was happy with the estimate and felt that they have not overcharged as one of the previous quotes i had got from german auto body shop in san jose had quoted almost 2.5 times the estimate i got from fremont center 3.I also chose fremont center as it showed up as one stop shop for dropping off car and taking a rental.Although i was not able to rent a car in the same location i was dropped off to enterprise location from where i could rent a car 4.The car was repaired fairly swiftly and was able to get the car back within 4 days and i was happy with the repairs.The car was also returned clean and washed .I was also able to drop off the car in the collision center and it was not required to go back to enterprise to close the account Overall my experience with fremont collision center was very good

After the repair 2 of my air fresheners and my Kindle reader were gone, the estimator assigned to me Rudy **** was rude and refuse to investigate further, kept saying "it's common sense not to leave them in the car", "we wouldn't touch things in the car", it's ok that you can't find them if you nicely tell me you've asked everyone who has processed my car and they didn't see it, but it's Rudy's indifferent attitude makes me highly uncomfortable. Other than the horrible experience with our estimator, the front desk receptionists are helpful and professional though.

I had a great experience with getting my car repaired after someone backed into it and side wiped my car. My point of contact was Terry who was awesome! After I set my appointment, he informed me they would need 4-5 days to finish repairs. To my surprise Westgate Collision finished my car in 3 days and did an outstanding job! Terry kept me informed as to the status of my car almost daily and it was greatly appreciated.He was professional, friendly and willing to help. A 10 plus to Terry for the great customer experience and kudos to the Westgate Collision staff as well.

Like other customers this place was in some way force to me by Geico, they do not call you back and never answer the phone, horrible customer service, they got the money from Geico and then they try to avoid you, still trying to fix my car there and not luck.

I got an appointment to get my car repaired just a couple of days after being hit. I was very impressed with all of the texts I received notifying me of the progress being made on my car and the repair was completed on time.

I recently had an accident with my truck. I talked to my insurance agent and she told me not to worry. She gave me a list of body shops to choose from and I chose Fremont Collision Center. The staff was awesome, VERY nice and made the experience pleasant. The estimator and I did a walk through, told me what was going to be done to the truck and the amount of time it would take to complete the job. They then got my rental car ready and after a few minutes, I was on the way back to work. When the truck was done they called me. Got there and I was soo happy with what I saw. The truck looked brand new. I looked at the damaged area and it was as if it never happened. I sighted down the damaged side of my truck and it was straight. When I got home, I showed my daughter the finished product and she said the same thing. She followed behind me as we went for a drive, and said the truck drove straight. Thank you to the team at Fremont Collision Center. You've made a friend for life. Thanks for the experience and expertise in the whole process of the care of not only my truck, but my feelings as well. You truly know what it takes to be a great auto body repair shop. Thank you again.
