Run away from this place fast!!! The building looks fancy but they do shoddy work. I brought my vehicle in there after it was hit. I was hit in the back. The trunk started leaking. Honestly, I cant say that I remember exactly when the trunk started leaking but it wasn't until after they "repaired" it. They give a lifetime warranty but trust and believe that they are going to find every way possible to back out of it. First they tried to tell me that the car was declared a total loss so that's why the trunk was leaking. Really???? Now I took another car there that was declared a total loss maybe a year earlier but the car that's there now IS NOT. And if the car you're looking at now was declared a total loss you know darn well you would've done more to repair it than the $1600 receipt says because you are expensive!!! Nice try though. So after they weren't able to wiggle out of the "lifetime warranty" that way they told me that the car was hit before I owned it. Hold on, now that I remember, they first suggested that it was damaged after they made their repairs. To which I say well that's impossible because that was the last wreck I was in. Then they proceeded to say that it was maybe hit before I owned it. Funny thing that if it was hit before I owned it, I had never experienced the trunk leaking before you touched it. I guess I should have contacted the previous owner to find out who fixed it then. Bottom Line is this, THE TRUNK WASN'T LEAKING BEFORE YOU "REPAIRED" IT. NOW YOU'RE TRYING TO BACK OUT OF THE LIFETIME WARRANTY. They had no intention of honoring the Lifetime Warranty. I believe their plan was to bounce around until they found an excuse they were happy with. The only restitution they offered was to have my husband come by and look at the damage. At this point I'm like ok wow yea let me come pick up my vehicle ... CHECK THEM OUT WITH THE BBB, OH THAT'S RIGHT THEY'RE NOT BBB ACCREDITED.

My car was hit by someone in the parking lot. Got a big scratch and dent. FCC provided me great service with no hassles. Kept me up to date with details and day to day status about reparir. Got my car back in great shape and on time and they made sure to meet the timeline. Highly recommend this place.

Awesome customer service. I was so worried about my car being damaged due to an accident. The folks over in Fremont collision center made sure that I am relaxed for start and took good care of my car in a very professional manner. the best part is that they delivered my car 3 days in advance which was super awesome. Highly recommend Fremont collision center to anyone who has a damaged car.

Kenny **** was an absolute pleasure to work with. Even with the holiday my car was done in a reasonable amount of time with no hassle. I got daily updates via email and all the girls in the front office were very friendly. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to any of my friends and family.

I had a great experience at this small Fremont Body shop. Not one of your larger places but their repair facilities are in the back. Inside, nicely furnished - free coffee and a vending machine - internet access both wired and wireless if you're waiting. They were quick to react to working on behalf of Geico, my insurance carrier and determining my needs and options. I got a range of dates that my truck repair would be ready by which ranged out to potentially 4 days since the holidays were coming up. But I was pleased when my Geico rep Armando told me that I was completely done in **** day ! Now it was only a side mirror and some paint but the repairs were done expertly and looked great. I was also pleased when Armando negotiated with Geico on getting this done to my best cost point with my deductible. I'll be back if I ever need any more repair work done on my vehicles. Thanks Armando and Fremont Collision Center for treating my repair with class !

My car looks Great! Thank you to Michael, Gina and the Caliber Collision team who were very professional and friendly. They are customer focused while giving strong attention to the details of my Toyota. We had to wait for a part but when it did come in they worked with my schedule and had it put on in minutes. Who does that these days? If you want old fashion service from a team that cares than this is the body shop for you.

I contacted my dealership i bought the car from which is Manhattan; they said the only certified Range Rover repair center was Imperial in Rockville, MD. I went to Range Rovers website and searched collison repair, they came up on top in every category. And they were the only collision Repair Center located with 60 miles from me. I used them, a very professional, modern, educated, and a family buisness in the autobody repair industry. Also, they were on the top of My insurance companys list USAA as a prefered network shop. There work came out flawless, and i am giving them a perfect score for making the whole process so easy. Cheers to the team at Imperial Auto Body. You always have a customer for life!

Came in to get a Quote, talked to a guy named Tye. He was very unprofessional. cussing left and right, trying to joke with my wife and pretty much told her woman belonged at home. i don't care if he thought it was a joke or not you don't talk to women like that at all, specially my wife. I was so shocked i didn't know what to say to him, took everything in me not to go off on him. Any place that has disrespectful employees just shows that they most likely has bad work to go along with it. I am letting all my co-workers, friends and family know this. one of the worse places and service i has seen in a long time.

I told Doug, the Classic Collisions, (State Farm) representative that I was going to write a very honest review on how I actually felt, about the paint job done on my 2006 BMW M Roadster. (I have kept this car in showroom condition with low mileage as it was my Retirement Present to myself). Recently I had an unfortunate situation where the car was peppered with gravel thrown up by a passing Semi, causing small paint chips over the front end, including hood and fenders. After a rather poor experience with” Magnum Collision Repair Center” 9 years ago for a very similar situation, I was reluctant to get the stone chips addressed. However, I finally decided that it was the right thing to do. State Farm recommended Classic Collisions, Kennesaw, GA and I hesitantly took my car to them. Doug looked the car over and asked me to drop it off Monday morning and let me know that the car would be ready Friday at the latest. He assured me that I would be delighted with the results. True to his word the car was ready Friday morning and he called me to come take a look. To say that the work done was outstanding is an understatement. The car looked beautiful inside and out. The paint job was immaculate; I tried hard to find something that I could point to. All I could say was how nice the car looked. Thank you Classic Collisions and Doug for delivering perfection! And Thank You State Farm for recommending such a fine establishment. A Very Pleased customer.

Gabe's collision told me my vehicle is total lost and will make no further repair. So I decided to keep the vehicle and go elsewhere to repair. The day before I picked up the vehicle I specifically asked the collision center of the parts were put back together and they told me "YES". When I picked up the vehicle next day, front passenger fender, foot step, windshield cover guard were missing. First they told me they kept them inside the vehicle but nothing was found inside the car. Then they said they may had thrown them away because they thought it was going to junk yard even though I had always told them my plan was keeping my vehicle from the beginning. Their attitude became rude and lied to me and changing their story stated that those parts were broken in pieces so they were no good to use anyways. I had all pictures to prove to them that those parts were in all one piece. Then they changed their story again stated that the missing parts were actually reimbursed by insurance already. Then I found out couple parts were actually on somewhere that wasn't even involved at the car accident. Gabe's collision took the parts apart to examine the vehicle but they threw them away which they knew they shouldn't, mistakes happen I m not upset because of the mistake, I'm upset because they tried every way in their power to make excuse to try make me feel I was the only person to be responsible for all the parts even they were the one lost all the parts. Lies after lies. The lady on the front desk was rude and i was being talked down, she did later apologized which I do admire but none of the other employees including the Geico Auto Damage Adjuster works there would admit their mistakes and tried every way to sweep under the carpet and blame on customer for their own mistake. If you ever take your vehicle there, make sure let them know you need all the parts back, specifically state to them that to include all the damaged parts and the non-damaged parts that they took apart.

My car was involved in an accident over a month ago. The initial estimate was that the car would be complete at the end of last month (about 23 days). I was called about twice a week to be told that repairs were on schedule. Great! A day before the end of the month, they called to tell me that the car would not be done for another three days. No explanation for the delay was given. Two days later, I called for an update, and was told that the car would not be ready for another week. No explanation for the delay was given. At the end of THAT week, I called for an update, and was told that the car would not be ready until Monday. No explanation for the delay was given. On Monday, I drove to Crash Champions to see what in the world was going on with the repairs. I was told the car was almost finished. Great! Then I was told an airbag warning light went on. But the car would be fixed by lunchtime yesterday. Today, the car is still not fixed. Maybe tomorrow morning? Who knows! Never have I dealt with a business so incompetent and untruthful. If they'd set my car on fire, I couldn't be more disgusted with them then I am right now.
