This shop is buy far the best I have taken my truck too. They do excellent work . And they a keep you up to date on what is going on with your vehicle I won't take my vehicles any where else than Higgins thanks guys for the awesome job and wonderful customer service!!

I was at the facility this morning (8/20/2016) and was promptly attended by Alex. I was there for consultation regarding my bumper and fender joint area which has separated. He looked at it and immediately took care of my problem whilst I waited for a very short while. The waiting area is neat and clean with refreshments available. It gave you the feeling of being "at home" whilst waiting. My impression was very positive and would recommend car owners this is the place for body works. Thank you, Alex for taking care of me. Much appreciated.

Horrible customer service. I came here to get an estimate for auto body damage because someone hit my parked car at a grocery store and drove off. The lady at the front desk told me that they would not give me an estimate because "the price is going to be too high and unless you bring an insurance company's estimate, we are not going to give you an estimate". "I am too busy with payroll and other stuff". I have never experienced anything like this in my life. caveat emptor

The real test of the reliability of a business is the way they handle problems that may crop up. In the past, I would have given Abra a 5 star rating. Now I would give them a **** and won't use their services in the future. I had some very extensive damage requiring replacement of two driver side doors. When driving away after completion the wind noise coming from the back driver side door was quite obvious, sounding like the window was open, so I immediately went back. It was obvious that no test drive had been done prior to asking me to pick up the car. Being a Friday, I was asked to bring the car back the next week. When I got it back, I was told that the the little non-opening window section was incorrectly reinstalled and was now corrected. When driving home, I could hear some wind noise from the front driver side door over 40 mph. When I got home, I inspected the door to see that the foam gasket was not completely seated and the connector button was missing. When returning, I took a test drive with the manager, then left the car again and was told to return in an hour. When I returned, the front desk gave me my key and pointed our where my car was parked. No explanation and no apology's for all the extra trips that I made. On my way home the wind noise over 40 mph. was still there. No follow up was ever made. After being a loyal customer and using Abra's services four times over a 6 year period, I now feel like I was treated as a nuisance customer, having asked for corrections in their work. I will go elsewhere in the future.

Gapsch made my repairs easy. Everyone was nice to deal with and very helpful. I hope not to have to return but if I need repairs again, I will chose them.

I was rear ended and had some minor damage to my car and considered the possibility of not even filing a claim because I didn't want to deal with insurance or the body shop. I did end up filing and took my car to the new G&C auto body shop in Sonoma. They were amazing! Every person that I interacted with at that shop was very friendly, helpful and professional. One of the guys in the garage saw that I was wondering where to park and directed me when I arrived. Another guy in the garage said good morning to me when I got out of my car. Then Damon was awesome for the whole process! Katie at the front desk was also super friendly and personable. I was really very surprised by how professional, helpful and friendly everyone was and I had my car back by the end of the day! They even touched up a couple of other little dings that it had. Very happy and highly recommend this shop!

If you have some cheap car what you don't care about and if you need just paint something on it, sure go to them. But if you have some car what you love and care about every detail, don't ever go there. They don't care about detail orientation and attentiveness. They also don't listen what you asking for, for example I was saying "Don't put the nameplate on the trunk, I'll do it by myself!" And of course they found it inside of vehicle and stack it there wrong. No more Coopers Also work takes to long, paint front bumper took them ONE MONTH!

I will never recommend RCI. I've had two vehicles repaired there and both times the car had to go back in a 2nd time to get fixed right. The first car the paint started cracking and coming off the bumper cover. They took it back in and fixed it, but it should never had been a problem in the first place. The second car they completely failed to match the paint color. What they painted looked more pink than the red on the rest of the car. The owner tried telling me it was simply because of the new clear coat, which was a complete lie. After they took it back in they had to paint it two more times before it matched. They also had mishandled and caused damage to various parts, applied clear coat too heavy resulting in runs, and failed to address everything that required repair. In total they had my car for a little more than 2 months this winter. Finally, they are absolutely terrible at communication. 90% of the time if I got an update, it was because I called them, which usually resulted in "Oh, [insert name] didn't call you? She was suppose to let you know". Never again will they see one of my vehicles.

Poor craftsmanship. Had minor driverside rear quarter panel damage. Was called and yold truck was ready. As soon as i pulled in to check out I could see primer overspray inside the wheel well..on the leafsprings...on the lower door trim..etc. Red flag #****. Upon closer inspection I could easily see the paint did not match the other side of the truck. It wasnt even close. The service advisor we dealt with was not comprtent at all. She was inspecting the front of the truck when the damage was on the rear. Red flag #2. We demanded a manager. Pointed out the problems and he said very little. He only said they would fix it. Its been 5 days and no update. It better be fixed right or there will be a lawsuit coming.

Thank you so much for repairing my 2016 Honda HRV. You all are wonderful to work with and very compassionate. I was heartbroken when my brand new car was rear ended in January! Would've rated this location wonderfully if I hadn't had money stolen from my vehicle. Nothing like reporting missing money and having the shop manager "forget to call me back" and upon me showing up on my day off, simply say "none of my guys would do that". Where did it go then?

I was very satisfied with their work. The brothers are very courteous . and professional. The office and shop are very clean and well light. I would recommend Hassell brothers for any auto body repair.

They put in a used fueltank after my wreck. Vehicle broke down within a day. Toyota charged me a extra $630 to find and fix. Toyota ate $2800 of the bill. Was down 21 days the first round 17 days the second and there comment was why would we check tank first? Because of them and Farmer I am out money, time and respect for both companys. It shouldn't cost me a dime for there mistakes but it did and they will not correct it.
