I am offended by the scent coming out of my vents. My car now smells like a cheap rental car. I suffer from severe allergies and am having a terrible reaction to the scent you put in my vents. Don't appreciate it, not happy at all. There was no reason for you to put freshener in my vents.

I would have been completely satisfied with my service - the associate was courteous and professional; the repair was done in a timely manner - however, when I received my vehicle, I noticed that a small amount of change and another small item had been taken from my car and the upholstery on my seats had been slightly soiled.

Was told I would get my car back on a certain day which changed not once but twice. Had to call more than once to get information about when I could pick up the car after receiving a text notification that the car was completed and still hadn't received a call the following day. I didn't get my car back for a full 2 weeks.

Only complaint is I wasn't informed throughout the whole process. After 3 days I had to check in and it was when repairs were near end that I got all the updates. Otherwise, always happy with the service
