Ivan was great and communicated the repairs and time line fantastic. Hope not to use the shop again, but not because it was bad - just a personal preference to avoid collisions!

The staff was extremely polite and respectful. This was actually my first time in an accident and having to put my car in a body shop to be repaired, also dealing with insurance companies. Each of the staff were very helpful In explaining things to me step-by-step and made this whole ordeal rather pleasurable, they kept me posted on the repairs of my car how much I owed, and even called the rental car people for me., they kept me posted on the repairs of my car how much I owed.
