Where do I start? Friendliness of employees. Almost daily updates re status of repairs. Smooth and seamless relationship with Enterprise Car Rental. Speediness of repair job. Thorough going over of repair job. Washing and vacuuming of my car. Those I've told of my experience cannot believe how well it went. Many people had a bad story to tell about their car repair experience (not with ABRA, bad stories about other body shops and/or auto insurance companies).

I was at first concerned about a dimple in the lower bumper until I was assured by your manager that it would relax out after a reasonable time of warming and cooling. I was also assured that if it didn't, it would be replaced at no cost.
