Left a body bolt on right rear side wall. Requires replace tire. Will be in touch not happy right now. Have pictures.

A job that should have been completed in a week, what I was quoted, is finally finished after 5 months. During that time, I would receive no phone calls on the status of my claim for weeks. So after calling and then to be told we don't have the right part or we waiting on the part. I have used Service King at another location with no problems. The amount of time it has taken to complete the job and the lack of communication are not acceptable.
