It started out well, everyone was helpful when I dropped off my car. Then my rep closed out my car in the system saying it was completed but no one called me saying it was ready. On top of that he went out of town and when I called to get answers on my car no one could answer them. The guy kept saying he would call me back but he never did. Overall, the end really ruined my experience and I don't plan on coming back.

****. When the car was delivered it was filthy on outside and especially on the inside. It was covered in dust and I even found some loose shrews on the floor.
2. The tires were not properly reinflated triggering the tire pressure sensor.
3. There was a large scratch under the passenger door that didn't exist before. When I showed it to the service advisor she agreed with me and said that the panel will have to be repainted so the car went back to the shop.
