My service advisor was great! He kept me informed and was very professional and courteous. The lady in reception however did upset me when I dropped off my truck on Monday morning. I have a souvenir keychain from Durango Mexico with a small dead scorpion inside an enclosed plastic cover. The scorpion is the size of a fingernail. When I gave the lady my truck keys, she exclaimed, "This is disgusting! Is it alive?" I was livid at her disrespect of my culture! I acknowledge maybe it was new to her but to just Have an outburst like that? She could have waited until I left the lobby.

It was great that the time was taken to get the repair right, in spite of the fact the part was coming in scratched. Multiples were received I was kept informed about was happening and why there was delay. The delay was fine with us, we just wanted the car fixed completely with no issues and that is the service we received.
