Service advisor Mandie Reed was not courteous.
I was told that the two replacement wheels would be brand new. However, the wheels are rusty, so obviously they are not new.
I asked that the two replacement wheels and tires be put on the same axle. However, they were not and I did not know until I picked the vehicle up, which made the car unsafe to drive.
The prices charged for the tires and wheels were greatly inflated compared to what I can buy myself.
I have filed a complaint with my insurance provider.

Gavin was the best estimator I have ever worked with. I used to work in a collision center I have seen estimators that were no where close to gains skill set. He is in a class of his, if I were to go back to being an estimator he would be a major conpetitior, he is on point with customer communication almost better than I was, he was prompt and every time I came in he jumped out to greet me vs an estimator running into the shop when they see a customer. Gavin is amazing he did a great job on the vehicle and customer service
