Oh my goodness, can't say enough good things about my experience! I haven't ever been involved in a wreck before & Service King made everything so easy! Telling me step by step what the procedure would be, keeping me informed at all times! Everyone has bent over backwards to be helpful! And Deziree is the BEST!! She has went out of her way to be informative.... Even rescuing my house keys from the locked rental car!! :) hopefully I won't need a repair service any time soon, but I highly recommend Service King Copperfield!!

Original estimates was 1075 when work finished it went to2200 during these changes I was never consulted or informed when asked for it I was told we don't have to it was approved the service center agents also represent insurance company conflict of interest exists service agent told me you are only paying your deductables the excess of 1075-2200 insurance company will send it to me you are not paying imagine the impact of increased amount on renewal of insurance policy
