Cesar Facundo was my service rep and he took terrific care of me. Answered all my questions, explained everything perfectly so I understood what was going to take place, when my truck would be ready and what to do after I picked up my truck too! Really did a fantastic job. The team at the Copperfield location is really shining the Customer Matters stars brightly!!
