I have always taken my repairs to service king and always so happy with the timing and service i recieve. Chris H and his team did a great job and they were beyond my expectations

Everything was going good till the last text or communication that was on October 20th saying everything was good that truck was on time to be ready by 5pm on October 23rd. After that I never heard anything. I called 3 times and never got to talk to any one and never had call returned . On then on 4th call on the 24th I got someone and he said he would have service advisor call me soon as he got in. Which I received 5 hours later. Finally got truck call 3 days after truck was due to be done that it was ready to be picked up

I was told my truck would be ready on a Monday which worked perfect for me. Then my truck was ready early on Friday. If I didn't pick it up I would have to pay the extra days for the rental myself and not through my insurance. So I had to leave my place of business early and rush over to pick up my truck. I was obviously in a hurry so I did not pay attention to every detail of my vehicle. This was only supposed to be my window being replaced and matching the tent. Today when I tried to leave for work my truck wouldn't start.... Also my antenna is missing from my truck now. As well I have noticed very small possibly bubbles on my tint. Overall not impressed with the availability of your services and staff. Also not impressed by the quality of your work. I want my antenna back.
