was told it would be ready. Jeramy understood my
time problem and had the car ready sooner than I
requested. I appreciated the extra effort which made
my day go more smoothly. The car repairs were

The work on my car was excellent. My only concern is that customers should receive updates. I did not receive an update. I was called at. 3:30 on Friday that my car was ready. I had already left town for the weekend . I would have appreciated an update Friday morning and I would have changed my plan and left later.

Herbs is a class act, and I would recommend to anyone. From start to finish, A service. I will always be a customer. My only complaint would be about Enterprise rental which is not your company but affiliated since it is in your building. The rental I received was dirty. Food was left on the back seat, the drink holders were sticky, the inside windows so dirty I could not see well in the morning sunlight's glare. These things coupled with an odd odor inside the car did not inspire confidence in Enterprise and was the only negative in this situation.
