When I got my car, My seat was completely moved, radio blasting, automatic door settings turned off and some contents moved around inside. Also, initial estimate for out of pocket repair was 1000 - yet actual repair under insurance was a little over 500. Feels like if was just me paying - why not rip me off. When repairs had to be justified to insurance it was a difference story. Not sure what I think about Herbs any more

Everything was very professionally done. Since I have a back injury everyone did anything they could to assists me . I have been using Herb's since the mid. 80 's and have never been disappointed. I was in pain and did not realize the extra collision coverage was per day, so I was surprised at the 48 charge but that was my fault for not reading it correctly. Theodora Barker .

It took entirely too long. My car sat, with nothing being done to it for weeks. My friends car (same make and model) that was parked directly next to mine in the same hail storm was in the shop getting fixed for 4 days. Mine has been in your facility for 30 days. And I still don't have it. Won't be doing business with you again.

The repairs were completed in a professional and timely manner. Good communication throughout the process.

The body work on my car is great and I appreciate the communication on the status during the process.

Although the Gail repair seems to be done well and everyone was nice and courtesy etc.... However when picking up my car I noticed a 4 inch scratch with nickle sized paint chip on back right corner of my car. I notice before I drove off and went back inside to ask about it. It was wierd as the person helping seemed prepared for me to ask and stated let me show you a picture of it. I looked at picture and had date stamp the same day I dropped the car off. I realize that it's procedure to take pictures on drop off just for this reason. I just bought this car a month ago and seems wierd I didn't notice that scratch prior to dropping it off. At any rate I drove off thinking not much I can do. My wife got home and walked up to the car and noticed 1st thing. It wierd that when I went in to ask about the scratch that he said oh, that was like that when you dropped it off and we have pics. So he remembers all the scratches he takes pictures of everyday on each car? I could understands if he said let's go check the pictures,but he said oh yes I can show you pictures it's a small possibility the scratch was there and I never noticed on my new car, but seems more likely herbs accidentally scratched car the same day u dropped I dropped it off and not admitting it. I would like to talk to someone about this

Craig kept me informed of my vehicle's status along the way and was always professional, polite, and courteous. The work to the vehicle seems top notch and I would recommend Herb's on Coit anytime any one needs that type of service.

Great pepole

Appearance is great. Service was exemplary. Somehow the door electrics were reassembled scrambled. Window doesn't auto-ascend. Lock button outside isn't connected. I have an appointment to get it looked at in the morning.

Herbs #3 has been my go-to team since the 70's. Grant takes excellent care of me! Ken
