I appreciated the daily updates. It reminded me of watching my car get washed at the car wash. Also appreciated it being returned cleaner than I brought in! I had planned to do that when it was returned to me; and that it was completed earlier than expected, although the original date seemed a bit inflated. This is the second time I've used classic and I've been satisfied both times but you have really improved with the keeping the customer informed. Hope I don't need you again but if I should, I would. All personnel were very nice, but I asked for daily updates by text and after not receiving any for the first two days, I called and texted my rep with no response. I was then contacted by the GM, who apologized, and received regular updates for the remaining week. When they showed me my car at delivery, the bumper was loose on the end they had repaired. They tightened it but then there was goop and a paint flaw that had to be fixed again. I can't believe the rep did not even look at the car - or care - that it was delivered that way. I left there feeling like they thought I was unreasonable for expecting a flawless finish - not by their (rep and repair tech) words but by looks and silence when I pointed out the flaws in the finish. For that reason, I will never return to Classic Collision. I was very upset that I had to act as my own quality control. It's a shame, because my first experience there was really a good one.
