There was a quick turn around the the repairs and the repairs look awesome.

I was hoping they would replace the entire bumper, to make it look 100% perfect. The dent came out but you can notice slight flaws, like a tiny chip in the paint and the bumper isn't perfectly flush with the rest of the car. Also the picking up of my vehicle was a nightmare. I work at a hospital as a nurse from 7am to 7pm, I can't leave in the middle of the day. I had to do after hours pick up to avoid any additional fees. Well my car wasn't parked out front when I came to get it. It was very frustrating and i didn't want to come back the next night after hours and have the same issue. The gentleman who was inside trying to finish some of his work seemed annoyed that I was asking for his help. I was also concerned that my car may have been stolen. He finally agreed to walk into the back lot to see if he could find my car, after I had explained my reason for being there after hours. He found my car and it was very nice of him to accommodate me. I was happy to also return my rental car that night, to avoid more fees. Overall, My car looks good, would be better if the whole bumper could have been replaced. The staff was friendly and the work was speedy, but the pick up issue really soured me. I will probably not return if I need more things done to my car.

Wonderful experience! Front desk staff was professional, prompt, courteous and a great representation when customers enter the establishment. **** the adjuster is awesome!! Great spirit, very professional and thorough, treats your property like it's her own, leave nothing to the imagination, all questions/concerns addressed. I would like her business on every visit.
