Candace with Geico has been very unpleasant to deal with. She was arguing with me and claiming to have called me multiple times to talk with me about my car when she only called me once and left me a voicemail at 8:00PM on September 20th stating in the voicemail that it was her first time calling me- and mentioned nothing about the cost replacement of my muffler. She called me yesterday evening as well with a baby crying in the background- very unprofessional. She also told the other Geico Rep to "deal with me" and walked away. I've always had great experiences at Classic Collision as jisnks where I always go but this has just put a horrible taste in my mouth. She needs to learns lot about customer service.
