I wasn't happy with my experience at all. I spoke with two different people about using my two 100 gift cards to ICC for my current claim. I was told that I could use **** card for every 500 and my claim was 1250. When I tried to pay for my 250 deductible with the 2 cards I was told that I could only use ****. Your employees need to get their story straight and agree on the requirements and rules for using gift cards. Thanks, Tamara
