To whom this may concern just want to let you know, when I first walk threw the door of Abra customer service was a level of gade 10, Mirandi, and another man name I can't remember was very informable, grade 10, and the persons who did the work thank them to, so far I haven't had no problem, and my car look good. I would say a grade 10, and continue good work.

I like the text message up dates. What was troublesome is that it would appear they are not effective. I was initially informed that my car would be completed on the 3rd. That was the information I kept getting, to the extent of becoming annoyingly frequent. To be called 2 days early and told it was ready. I plan my work schedule based on the communicated completion time. If the time changes then that needs to be updated so the texts reflect that and a person can plan accordingly. If not then the texts are just annoying and usless.

I'm a stickler on punctuality in all aspects of my life & I felt the same from the staff. Telling your customer what you're going to do & following through says a lot to that costumer. Bill always meet me with a smile & a hand shake. He went out of his way to make sure my needs were met & that I was satisfied. Cathie was always gracious while at the same time multi tasking different aspects of the business. Give that lady a raise! But please, get her a break before 11am so she can eat her shredded wheat.
