The work was done well and within the estimated time frame. It was very easy to deal with your company, as you are a preferred provider with my insurance, and are located close to my home. Working with Ben was wonderful; he answered all of my questions well throughout the repair process. My only complaints are #****) your email "update" system. you addressed every email to my husband, even though I filled out all the paperwork and am also a State Farm policy holder, and each email only said something like, "Don't worry, we're still working on your car!" They didn't say anything of substance. I'd rather not receive anything, than a generic email. #2) I always had to call to get an update on the progress of my repair; I never received a call from you. You have a bunch of folks working there, and it would be great to hear from you every few days during the process. Thanks.

The repair job looks good - however, the air condition was kicking out paint flakes for a day after the repair and then as I was changing the dial on the air condition it would short out from time to time (this had never happened before and I'm guessing they bumped something when repairing the hood)... I think we're good now, but it's still a little early to tell.
Also, the estimate was low by about 3,000 and it took an extra week to get the repairs.
