i liked feeling like i was your only customer, even though i knew you were all very busy with other cars. the attention to the little details... I've never seen that before.
...also your interior detailer was amazing. ...exterior was ok. the outside was SPOTLESS on the repaired area, but dusty and full of waterspots on the rest of the car. still good, but the inside absolutely surprised me.

I spent 2 hours of my time dropping off my rental because my car was ready. Upon arrival, my windshield had not been replaced, debris in the truck and the alignment was not done. I had to return to the shop and get a new rental where I had to pay another 25 deposit. My first rental deposit was yet to be returned. It was after 6:00 pm when I got the rental that smelled of smoke. I have been completely in convenienced yet Abra has my 500 payment and wi receive my insurance payment. The fact the car was not inspected prior to calling me and wasting my time is shear incompetence. I feel your only concern was getting your money. You did a **** job and I will not recommend you to anyone and will be happy to share my experience with others and your lack of customer service in fixing and compensating for your screw up. I will also speak to my insurance agent. Extremely disappointed!!!!
