The experience was great with one small exception. When the car was finished and you were waiting for the insurance co to approve an additional repair you didn’t give me an update. The daily updates are great but don’t skip a few days even if the update is no change. Overall everyone is terrif and having enterprise there on site makes the whole experience work.

The repairs took much longer than expected with very little communication or understanding why. The explanations were always vague and there never seemed to be any sense of urgency. Even until the last day when the car was being washed there was still no commutation. I had to call to find or my car could be picked up that day. When I picked up my car my service advisor didn’t even walk out to say thank you or offer any apologies for the delays.
