Very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Special thanks to Jason Flores, the GM at the Newcastle store. I believe I spent at most 2 minutes with him when I dropped the car off for service, and mentioned I was going to be out of town the following week. Jason personally followed up with me upon completion of the repairs, and remembered that I was returning home from MX. When I showed up to pick up the car, he remembered me, and greeted me by name. Truly an asset to the Service King team.
