I felt the original person that did my estimate was a little pushy about my needing to make a decision at that instant about whether or not I wanted to have my car repaired or just receive a check for the cost of the damage. He said it was because of my insurance. Having had two other experiences with my insurance company regarding claims, I had never had any experience or pushiness like this before caused by my insurance company and I did not like it.
